CELEBRATIONS

Since 1972 Cartagena offers the only film Festival dedicated to the topic of the sea.

It is held in November and shows films from all genres and nationalities (short and long films). At the same time in the exhibition rooms and cultural centres of the city there are documentaries, conferences, exhibitions and other films, all of which are dealing with the sea.
