A page or web site is accessible when it is designed and codified so that its contents and services are available for any person, with independence what his context of navigation is.

This place tries to be accessible for all on equal terms, please if you have some question or problem related to the accessibility of these pages, do not hesitate and contact with us.

This means a level of adequacy "AAA"with the standards of accessibility recommended at present. In the foot of all the pages it will be able to validate the accessibility by means of the version in line TAW .
The accessibility of the pages has been verified manually by several experts in accessibility and also by means of the hardware automation of evaluation TAW developed by Fundación CTIC .
The pages of this site have been validated as XHTML 1.0. In the foot of all the pages it will be able to validate XHTML 1.0 code with The W3C XHTML Validation Service .
The visual presentation of the pages is based on CSS cascade style sheets, whichhave been validated by the specification of CSS level 2. In the foot of all the pages it will be able to validate the style sheets with the The W3C CSS Validation Service .
All the pages have been labeled to transmit appropriately its structure. Tags are used to indicate the qualifications of the pages and heads of section inside the pages when it is necessary.

Helps for Navigation:

In the head of all the pages you can find a jump link called: SKIP NAVIGATION (accesskey: 5). It allow people that use screenreaders or similar software (JAWS , IBM Home Page Reader , etc ..) do not have to listen to the menu of navigation whenever they gain access to a page.

Links:

We have tried to write text links so that they should have felt even when they are read out of context.
When the text of the linkis not sufficient to describe it out of his context, there are used tittles with a more detailed description.
It has been prevented links from opening new browser windows.. Thus the user can always sail using the buttons " Go to following page " and " Go to previous page " available in your browser. If you want to open a link in a new window you can do it by means of your specific web browser, usually pressing the key CTRL before continuing the link or with the right button of the mouse a menu appears with the option " Open link in a new window ". In case of the external link to other webpages the user is always warned by means of this small icon placed near to the same one: .

Images:

The images with only decorative function are included by means of the style sheets. With regard to the rest of images; those that take as a function to transmit information to the user include alternative texts that describe its function whereas the rest they include an attribute of alternative empty text that allows screenreaders to identify them as decorative images.

Visual Design:

The visual disposition of the place is based exclusively on CSS style sheets (tables have not been used to design this web). Some browsers as Mozilla Firefox and Opera allows to view the website without using style sheets ("Show", "Style of page " option, choose "Whitout style ").
Pages use relative styles typography, so that there is respected the size of text specified by every user in his/her browser. To change the size of the letter you can use you web browser options, usually available in the menu "Show", opción "Text Size " or directyle with the keys CTRL + (to increase size) o CTRL - (to diminish size) or pressing the key CTRL and displacing the wheel of the mouse.
In the same sense of the previous point in the top part of every page the visitor has the possibility of choosing between 2 relative sizes of typography: STANDARD TEXT and LARGE TEXT (more legible the last one) for which the web is optimized.
Pages have been designed so that, although the user´s browser does not support style sheets, these keep on being legible.
